Return Policy

All pillows come with a 30 Day Sleep Trial. If you are not satisfied with your Green Pea Pillow™ for any reason just email our customer service department at info@greenpeapillow.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

A 25% return fee will be charged for all pillows that are returned.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Payment Information

Acceptable online payment via Paypal includes VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and echecks.

Shipping Information

The Green Pea Pillow™ company uses the United States Post Office exlusively for shipping. All shipping fees are calculated based upon the total order weight.

Continental U.S. Orders:

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)

The Green Pea Pillow™ company does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. All orders placed after 2:30 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on the following business day.

International Orders:

Global Priority Mail

The Green Pea Pillow™ company is happy to ship your order to an address outside the Continental U.S. using USPS International Mail. However, exact shipping fees for such orders are unable to be calculated online. After placing your order, a Green Pea Pillow™ company customer service representative will contact you via email with the exact shipping costs for your order, prior to processing your payment or mailing your order.
